This fantastic Date Night class will have half of each couple preparing a Rib Eye Steak and half preparing Filet Mignon Steak - it\s up to each couple whether sharing is allowed! The menu for the class is either a Pan-Seared Rib Eye Steak with Balsamic Onion and Cherry Tomato Salsa or a Pan-Seared Filet Mignon with a Whiskey Cream Sauce.
