Cool off during a hot summer night with a cool and refreshingly light menu. You\ll work at your own station to prepare an Appetizer of Seared Ahi Tuna on Wonton Tostadas with Pico de Gallo. Then you will create a main course of Pan-Seared Sea Bass over a Rice Salad with Oranges and Garlic and an Orange Champagne Gastrique.
