"Sometimes, you notice that a performer is so relaxed and at ease with his audience and material that he's able to cleverly adapt his show to what's going on around him at just that moment. Such was the case last Wednesday when singer/guitarist Nick Mitchell acknowledged the weather outside the Dublin Pub, where he was playing, by slipping into a cover of 'Rain Song' by Led Zeppelin--which was entirely appropriate given the fact that a monsoon had just blown in, drenching bargoers as they struggled through the parking lot (we were happy to be inside). After a while it blew past, as monsoons eventually do, and so what came next? Why, 'Here Comes The Sun' by the Beatles, of course.
