My wife and I live a bit more than a mile from this joint and went in there one evening. Granted, the place is clean HOWEVER, my greasy burger was just that and undercooked to boot! The fries were soggy and thus undercooked. They have only ONE soda machine. We complained and the manager gave us hasthily homemade (on his business card) coupons for ANYTHING on the menu. When we go back we will find out if anything has changed.
The food has been excellent, but my latest experience at EO has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. During a busy Saturday evening, I expected them to be busy and this was the case. What was unexpected was how inefficiently the front of house operation was conducted. With only two registers to place orders, the lines are long. When one of the registers is closed and reopened intermittently, chaos rapidly emerged. When the 2nd register is reopened, a group would jump line to it. When it would be reclosed, the customers in that line would complain about losing their place in line and would be sent to the front of the other line by staff. I stood in line for over 20 minutes while only advancing in line from 4th to 2nd. When the 2nd register was closed again and people who had entered the restaurant after I had already been in line for almost 15 minutes were inserted in line in front of me, I had enough. The reply of management was that they "don't jump people ahead in line". I beg to differ, you need to find a more respectful way to treat your customers during the busy times.
